Declaration of consent

 

By registering for the declaration of interest for WAY products on the website of WAY, I consent that WAY watersports 121 FlexCo ('WAY"), FN 627537 z, Otto von Lilienthalstraße 104, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, processes my personal data, in particular my name, e-mail address and shipping address . The purpose of the data processing of WAY is the declaration of interest for and the non-binding pre-order of WAY products.

With this declaration of consent, you therefore authorize WAY to keep you informed about WAY products and their production, and subsequently to send you the relevant contracts and payment information for the binding order of WAY products.

My Consent is given on a voluntary basis and I can revoke it at any time with effect for the future. My data may not be processed any further after receipt of the revocation notice. The withdrawal of my consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point. I can send my declaration of revocation by e-mail to office@way-watersports.com to WAY or by any other means of communication.
